Thank you for considering the Rochester International Event Center for your upcoming wedding reception. As Rochester's most experienced caterers, our professional staff can help create a most memorable event for you and your guests. Our state of the art facility has plenty of free, front door parking and features a Grand Ballroom, which will accommodate 850 guests (13,000 sq feet), or can be divided in two, for separate events of up to 425 quests. We have a large lobby area and a fully functional gourmet kitchen to meet every expectation you can dream up.

RIEC requires the following food minimums along with a ballroom rental charge. The food minimum cost does not include tax and service charge. RIEC reserves the right to book other events before or in conjunction with your event. Please ask your sales executive if you have any questions or concerns.

We offer Half the Ballroom, which may accommodate up to 425 people for $4,500.00 in food minimums per night, or The Entire Grand Ballroom, which may accommodate up to 850 people for $12,000.00 in food minimums per night. We also offer a special discount on Fridays and Sundays for those who are interested in booking the Event Center for Weddings. Please feel free to ask an Event Center representative about our special non-peek rates for those interested in booking a wedding event during the week.

The following menu options are merely suggestions to fulfill your reception needs. These are our most popular menu items; however, our banquet staff would be more than happy to customize a menu to satisfy your every need.
