Culinary Trends

Our culinary team has been doing their research going into 2014 and here are some of the highlights that we've found

Gluten Free- More and more people are going gluten free. Whether because of an allergy or just a dietary concern, this has continued to be a growing market and will continue to go strong in 2014. Here at the Event Center, Chef Hodapp works to accomodate all sorts of dietary needs and requests and has become quite aware of the needs of our community and strives to create food that everyone will be able to enjoy.

Enviromental Sustainability and Locally Sourced Produce, Meats, Seafoods, and Dairy- We live in the heartland of America, where so many amazing foods come from. With so many big keywords and phrases thrown around in the food industry around this, it's hard to determine what it all means, but this is our promise to you. We will do everything in our power to give you fresh products, from meats, to dairy, to vegetables and fruits. Products that are grown here, processed here, and stay here. If we can find it locally, we will....even to the extent of us having our own garden plot!

House Smoked Meats & Fish- Our Executive Chef has been embracing this practice for years and trust us, if you haven't had Chef Hodapp's house smoked salmon, you'll want to add it to your next menu.

The biggest "trend" for people is still this: whether you want a super trendy dnner following all the hottest fads, a function set up to benefit our community or just something full of family, friends, and all those people you care about, food is involved and is often the main event. Our staff treats every dinner like it's worth a million dollars and puts thier heart and soul into every function and we truly hope that it shows. So from our table to yours, bon appetit!
